Light Remains in Rwanda Tonight
Tonight, in Rwanda, children are studying after sunset. Mothers are caring for newborns without balancing candles beside them. Elderly grandparents are moving through their homes without fear of falling in the dark.
This didn’t happen by accident.
At some point, YOU decided these families matter. You chose to believe that something as simple as light could change daily life for someone you may never meet.
And it has.
Students who once struggled to revise lessons in the dark now study with confidence. Mothers who spent precious money on kerosene can now use that critical money for food and healthcare. Families who lived for years in darkness now end their day with safety, dignity, and hope.
These are quiet changes. But they are life-changing ones.
Thank you for making them possible. Because of you, when the sun goes down tonight, light remains.
With gratitude,
John and Leah
P.S. We look forward to sharing a new update when we return from Rwanda in late June. Thank you.
